Ronnie Radke, the lead singer of rock band Falling in Reverse, has formally requested a restraining order from a Los Angeles court against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. The 42-year-old musician alleges that Furlan, 39, has engaged in a persistent campaign of harassment against him both online and in person.
Allegations of Harassment and Unwanted Contact
In legal documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, Radke detailed a series of concerning incidents. He claims Furlan has repeatedly sent him unsolicited messages and made false public assertions about a romantic history between them, which he vehemently denies. Radke stated that his girlfriend, Dana Wright, witnessed unwanted contact instigated by Furlan in May 2025.
The situation allegedly escalated beyond the digital realm. Radke told the court that Furlan showed up at his residence uninvited. On another occasion, he claims she shadowed him to a medical appointment, sitting outside the facility and staring at him, which prompted his decision to seek legal protection.
Legal Claims and Social Media Fallout
Radke's petition accuses Furlan of continuing to post what he describes as false claims online. More seriously, he alleges she has been "messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me." In a recent Instagram clip, Radke claimed Furlan was "caught in a group chat with my super fans" spreading falsehoods, warning her actions could have legal consequences.
He is asking the court to order Furlan to stay at least 100 yards away from him. In response, Furlan's attorney, Lou Shapiro, issued a statement calling the petition "frivolous" and asserting that Furlan is the true victim of harassment. Shapiro said they would take all legal measures to defend against the lawsuit and seek protection for Furlan from Radke.
Background of a Tangled Dispute
This legal action is the latest chapter in a strange saga between the two. Less than a year ago, Furlan claimed she was the victim of a catfish scam where someone pretended to be Radke online, which caused issues in her marriage to Tommy Lee. Radke denied any involvement at the time and said he contacted the FBI about the impersonator, calling it a serious felony.
Radke said he was drawn into that situation when a "very upset" Tommy Lee directly messaged him. Lee, 63, married Furlan, a former Vine star from Pennsylvania, on Valentine's Day in 2019 after the pair met in 2017 and got engaged in 2018.
The court will now decide whether to grant the restraining order as this celebrity legal dispute, blending allegations of social media harassment, impersonation, and personal confrontation, continues to unfold.
