The 36-year-old reality television personality shared her experiences on Instagram, where she disclosed various treatments, including a fat reduction procedure and a breast augmentation. Top-Rated Treatments Receive Perfect Scores
Millie awarded three treatments the highest possible score of 10 out of 10. Botox was the first to receive full marks, praised for its effectiveness. Fractora, a treatment designed to help with acne, also earned a perfect score. Additionally, Quantum RF, a non-surgical cosmetic procedure aimed at tightening skin and contouring the body, received top marks. Speaking about Quantum RF, Millie explained, "This is one I've just tried recently on my stomach and around my c-section scar. I'm really happy with the results but it's going to take up to a year to see the full results but so far I would give it a 10."

Not all treatments fared as well in Millie's ratings. Cool Sculpting, a non-surgical fat reduction treatment that can cost up to £1,200 per session and uses controlled cooling to destroy fat cells, received a mid-range score of five. Polynucleotides were given a score of six, while skin boosters performed better with a high nine out of 10. Her breast augmentation and lift also earned a nine out of 10. Morpheus Eight, a skin treatment combining microneedling with radiofrequency, received a score of eight. Lastly, Em face, which can exceed £1,000 per session, was rated seven by the reality TV star.
