Katie Price and Husband Lee Andrews Set to Begin Baby Journey in April

Katie Price's husband, Lee Andrews, has publicly announced that the couple will start trying for a baby next month, specifically in April. This revelation comes just weeks after Katie clarified she was not pregnant, despite earlier social media posts that had sparked widespread speculation about a possible pregnancy.

Recent Pregnancy Speculation and Clarification

In late February, Katie Price posted on Instagram suggesting she was "having his baby," referring to Lee Andrews, which led to intense media and public speculation. However, to address the rumours, Katie later released a YouTube video where she took a pregnancy test, revealing a negative result. In the video, she stated, "No I am not pregnant, but one day I will be."

On March 10, Lee Andrews shared a snippet of this video on his Instagram Stories, accompanied by the caption: "Trying for a baby next month." He added a baby emoji and two crossed fingers emojis, clearly indicating their upcoming plans to expand their family.

Long-Stated Desire for Children

The couple has been open about their wish to have children together. Lee Andrews, whom Katie married shortly after meeting, has previously hinted at pregnancy through social media posts. For instance, he shared a post calling them the "Perfect couple. Soon to be triple," and another video featuring a baby bottle with the text: "What are your plans for 2026?"

Katie Price, 47, has faced well-documented fertility challenges in recent years. She even starred in a Channel 4 documentary titled Katie Price: Making Babies, which focused on her attempts to conceive via IVF with her ex-partner Carl Woods. Katie has expressed openness to both IVF and surrogacy as potential methods for having more children in the future.

Family Dynamics and Relationships

Katie is already a mother to five children: Harvey Price, 23; Junior Andre, 20; Princess Andre, 18; Jett Hayler, 12; and Bunny Hayler, 11. Lee Andrews has made efforts to bond with Katie's family, notably by getting a tattoo of Harvey's name on his hand, alongside a frog, which is Harvey's favourite animal.

A source close to the couple commented on this gesture, saying, "Lee understands how special Harvey is to Kate—their relationship is incredible and they have an absolutely unbreakable bond." The source added that Lee and Harvey have spoken on the phone and that Harvey "really likes" Lee, with the tattoo serving as a way to show Katie that Harvey will always be a priority.

Katie's daughter, Princess Andre, recently discussed how her mother's romantic history has influenced her own views on relationships. On her show, Princess said, "I think about my mum—she's had so many people do her wrong, it's an eye opener and so my guard is up." She emphasized wanting to be confident in herself before pursuing another relationship.

Children's Reactions to the Marriage

Princess and Junior Andre revealed they learned about Katie's marriage to Lee Andrews via a text message in a family group chat. Princess told The Sun, "The message Mum sent on the group chat about being engaged…. I literally responded 'OMG'. Mum's very impulsive, but that is impulse on a whole other level."

Both siblings have stated they are "happy as long as she's happy" but admitted they have not yet met Lee. Junior added, "Our mum is her own person, she's her own woman, she's going to do what she's going to do and at the end of the day, we're supportive of her as long as she's happy."

The couple's baby plans mark a new chapter in their relationship, blending Katie's past fertility struggles with their shared hopes for the future.
