The Patterdale Terrier mix passed away at the age of 13, having cemented himself as a key part of BBC's Mortimer and Whitehouse: Gone Fishing. The pooch, owned by the show's executive producer Lisa Clark, first joined Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse on screen in 2020 and soon became a permanent feature, winning over viewers. Bob and Paul led tributes, admitting they would 'miss him so much.'
After Life's Brandy
Known to viewers as Brandy, Ricky Gervais' loyal sidekick, Vislor Antilly Anti passed away peacefully at her home in Oxfordshire in 2025. Ricky shared a photo of himself and Anti on a park bench, writing: 'Sad News. Anti, who played Brandy in After Life, has died. She was 13 and a very good girl.' Anti was cast personally by Ricky in 2018 and gained worldwide fame, prompting Ricky to assure fans the dog would not die before each season.
EastEnders' Wellard II
