The 31-year-old model, who has been dating Cooper, 51, for over two years, posted a photo of a stunning flower arrangement he gifted her. Along with a snapshot of the gigantic bouquet set on a large wooden table, she gushed, 'My man tho.'

Uploaded to her Instagram Story, the bunch included yellow, pink, red, and white flowers alongside green accents. According to E! News, Cooper's birthday flowers were the most notable out of multiple bouquets shared by the blonde beauty. She also shared pictures of sunflowers, which she called her 'spirit flowers,' plus white florals gifted by Tommy Hilfiger and pink ones from her Maybelline family.
Ahead of her birthday, Hadid took to Instagram earlier this month and declared, 'It’s my seassoonnnnnnn.' The Vogue cover girl smiled in one sunny photo as she gardened in a sports bra and sweatpants.

She and the actor have been romantically linked since October 2023, shortly after they met at a kid's birthday party where both of their daughters were guests.
