Model Delilah Belle Hamlin was spotted soaking up the sun during a luxurious post-Christmas getaway to St Barths this week. The 27-year-old daughter of actress Lisa Rinna showcased her figure in a sleek black bikini while relaxing on the beach with friends.
Caribbean Escape After Health Struggles
The photos from Friday show Delilah in high spirits, laughing and joking as she topped up her tan. In one snap, she checked her phone while shielding her eyes with chic black sunglasses. The relaxing beach day marks a period of well-deserved downtime for the model, who has recently been open about a serious health battle.
Just last month, Hamlin detailed her years-long struggle with endometriosis on the She MD podcast. She revealed the condition was once so severe it triggered seizures, particularly around her menstrual cycle. "I would get really hot, and I would start convulsing," she explained. Endometriosis, where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, affects an estimated one in ten women and can cause chronic pain and fatigue.
A Journey to Diagnosis and Recovery
Hamlin recounted visiting multiple gynaecologists for her painful periods before finally receiving her endometriosis diagnosis. Four months ago, she underwent surgery to remove endometrial implants, which has significantly relieved her symptoms. "I'm very grateful, but you do have to do a lot of research on your own," she advised listeners, highlighting the challenges many face in getting diagnosed.
This is not the only health challenge the model has faced. She has also previously spoken about battling Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus, and other complex conditions. In 2018, Hamlin completed two stints in rehab for mental health issues after becoming "terribly depressed" while studying at New York University, far from her Los Angeles home.
Family Focus and New Ventures
Delilah is the eldest daughter of Lisa Rinna and actor Harry Hamlin, who have been married for 28 years and also share a 24-year-old daughter, Amelia Gray. Harry Hamlin also has a 45-year-old son, Dimitri Alexander, from a previous relationship with Ursula Andress.
Meanwhile, her mother Lisa Rinna is set to appear on the fourth season of Peacock's reality competition The Traitors, premiering on January 8. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is one of 23 contestants vying for a $250,000 prize, though she claims she entered the game with "absolutely no strategy."
