Coleen Rooney has opened up about turning 40, her marriage to Wayne, and family life in a new interview. The TV personality, who turns 40 next month, said she is looking forward to the milestone and plans multiple celebrations with family and friends over the year.
Speaking about her marriage to former footballer Wayne Rooney, Coleen said: "We always try to do something once a fortnight if we can." She added that making time for each other is important, despite their busy schedules with four sons: Kai, 16, Klay, 12, Kit, 10, and Cass, eight.
Coleen also discussed her fitness routine, crediting consistency for her youthful appearance. She does reformer pilates, trains twice a week, and takes collagen daily. However, she has been unable to exercise for a few months after breaking her foot.
The mother-of-four recently attended a health-focused event in Cheshire to launch a new Applied Nutrition product, alongside other WAGs including Lisa Carrick and Annie Kilner. Coleen is a brand ambassador for the company.
On her children, Coleen said she gets more nervous watching them play football than she did watching Wayne. Eldest son Kai is following in his father's footsteps at Manchester United's Under-18s team.
