During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Cumming explained: "All of [the X-Men cast] are in it, too. What was funny was that in my first scene with Pedro, he hurt his neck and had to go home. I broke Pedro." The actor clarified that the mishap didn't occur during a fight scene but was simply a production accident, noting: "No, I wasn't fighting. We were just together in a scene... Pedro didn't have his arms on me."
