A Confident Return to the Spotlight
The 33-year-old music star, known for hits like 'WAP', chose a bold mustard yellow dress for her LA excursion. The garment featured a fishnet-style overlay with a scale pattern, perfectly contouring her slim waist and curvaceous hips. She completed the look with metallic gold sandal heels, a sleek blowout hairstyle, and glamorous makeup.
Cardi B was seen carrying a notebook and her phone as she left a building and walked to her car. This appearance followed a period where she publicly defended her boyfriend, American football star Stefon Diggs, after he faced charges. She has since deleted the post in question.
Family Life and Surgical Journey
Earlier on Monday, the rapper took to social media to share never-before-seen photos of herself in labour with her daughter, Blossom. She welcomed Blossom with her estranged husband, Offset, in September 2024. The couple, together for nearly seven years, saw Cardi B file for divorce in July 2024.
They share three children: seven-year-old Kulture, four-year-old Wave, and baby Blossom. Cardi B welcomed her fourth child, a baby boy and her first with Stefon Diggs, in November 2025.
Her recent outing prominently displayed the results of her much-discussed surgical journey. The performer has been open about undergoing major butt reduction surgery and having 95 percent of her previous filler injections removed.
Regrets and Warnings About Cosmetic Procedures
Cardi B's history with cosmetic enhancement is complex. She previously revealed she received illegal $800 butt injections in a Queens apartment basement back in 2014, an experience she called 'the craziest pain ever'. In early 2024, while unknowingly pregnant with Blossom, she underwent procedures to remove injections and address fibrosis.
In an October 2024 Instagram Live session, she explained, 'I got some more butt injections removed. Because, you know, it takes rounds to get your butt injections removed. And I also went to fix, like, you know, certain things [with] my fibrosis.'
By September of last year, she expressed regret over the initial illegal procedures and confirmed 95 percent of the silicone had been removed. She has strongly advised young fans against considering Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
Despite sometimes wishing her backside was smaller, Cardi B has stated she would not endure the reduction process again. She detailed a gruelling three-month bed rest recovery, involving significant incisions. 'I'm comfortable. I learn to live with it,' she told the Call Her Daddy podcast, adding that she doesn't plan to alter her body further based on others' opinions.
