Angry Ginge Dethroned as Aitch Becomes I'm A Celeb Favourite
Aitch Ousts Angry Ginge as I'm A Celeb Favourite

In a dramatic shift of fortunes, social media sensation Angry Ginge has been knocked off his top spot as the predicted winner of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! by Manchester rapper Aitch.

Betting Odds Flip as New Favourite Emerges

According to the latest update from betting giant William Hill, Angry Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, is now the second favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle. A spokesperson for the bookmaker, Lee Phelps, confirmed the significant change.

"Angry Ginge was our big favourite to win this year’s I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! but a new frontrunner has now stormed to the head of the market," Phelps stated.

The rapper Aitch has seen his odds slashed from 4/1 to 7/4, propelling him into the lead. This move also pushes Jack Osbourne down the rankings. Meanwhile, Tom Read Wilson has moved into third place with odds of 6/1.

A Grim 'Triple Trial' Looms for the Campmates

This betting shake-up comes as Angry Ginge, Aitch, and model Kelly Brook brace themselves for a daunting 'triple trial' on tonight's episode. For the social media influencer, this challenge is particularly harrowing as it involves confronting his fear of spiders.

The trial requires him to enter a dark tent and collect two Huntsman spiders using only his bare hands, before placing them into a box. His campmates, including late arrivals Vogue Williams and Tom Read Wilson, offered moral support and advice from the sidelines.

Tom shouted, "Breathe through it Ginge," while Vogue suggested, "Close your eyes and grab it!" Angry Ginge's sceptical response to their well-meaning tips prompted Declan to quip, "If looks could kill!"

From Underdog to Frontrunner and Back

Angry Ginge's journey in the jungle has been remarkable. Initially less known than celebrities like Aitch and Kelly Brook, he quickly won over the public and his fellow campmates, securing the favourite position early on.

He previously triumphed in an eating challenge with Ruby Wax, winning a full ten stars for the camp. Aitch also proved his mettle by securing ten stars in a terrifying challenge within an underground chamber surrounded by snakes and crocodiles.

The pressure is now squarely on Angry Ginge to overcome his arachnophobia and deliver another perfect score, a task that could potentially win back his audience and sway the betting odds once more.
