A devastating multi-car collision in County Armagh has resulted in three fatalities and four injuries, according to police reports from Saturday night. The incident occurred on Armagh Road near Moy, in south-east County Tyrone, prompting a large-scale emergency response.
Emergency Services Mobilise at Scene
Emergency services were swiftly dispatched following reports of the crash, with three rapid response paramedics, seven emergency crews, and one hazardous area response team arriving at the location. The collision involved three vehicles: a red BMW, a grey Volkswagen, and a white Audi.
Two men, aged 31 and 48, and a 23-year-old woman were pronounced dead at the scene. Four other individuals sustained injuries, with three of them currently receiving treatment in hospital. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) has confirmed that inquiries are ongoing and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

PSNI assistant chief constable Davy Beck expressed his condolences to the affected families, stating, "One can only imagine the real sense of shock and grief that is engulfing these families at this particular time." Local politicians also offered their sympathies, with Fermanagh and South Tyrone MLA Diana Armstrong describing it as "a very dark day for families who have been plunged into shock and mourning."
Armstrong, the Ulster Unionist party deputy leader, extended her "deepest sympathies and sincere condolences" and thanked the emergency services for their efforts. Sinn Féin MP Dáire Hughes and Social Democratic and Labour party councillor Thomas O’Hanlon echoed these sentiments, highlighting the profound impact on the community.
