Rapper Ghetts Sentenced to 12 Years for Fatal Hit-and-Run in East London
Grime artist Ghetts, whose real name is Justin Clarke-Samuel, has been jailed for 12 years after admitting to causing death by dangerous driving in a tragic hit-and-run incident in north-east London. The 41-year-old musician was sentenced at court on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, following a collision that resulted in the death of 20-year-old Nepalese student Yubin Tamang.
Shocking CCTV Footage Reveals Dangerous Driving
CCTV footage presented during the trial showed Clarke-Samuel engaging in a series of reckless actions leading up to the fatal crash.
