Shocking dashcam footage has revealed the terrifying moment a drug-fuelled driver intentionally steered his car head-on into a police vehicle, leaving two officers with serious injuries.
Deliberate Act of Violence on Cheshire Road
The incident occurred on Crewe Road in the village of Haslington, Cheshire. Joseph Sharpes, aged 22, was seen on video swerving directly into the path of the marked police car before colliding with it at a devastating speed of 80mph.
The court heard how the actions of Sharpes were a deliberate act, leaving the two responding officers with significant injuries that required medical treatment.
