British burrito chain Tortilla is fighting the winter chill with the launch of its most decadent seasonal menu to date. The limited-time Winter Edit, available now, is packed with rich, comforting flavours designed to warm customers from the inside out.
A Cosy Culinary Line-Up
The new menu features several standout items that promise a hearty and satisfying meal. The Humble Adobo Burrito acts as the centrepiece, bundling all the new winter additions into one convenient package.
For the main event, Tortilla is serving up a scrumptious barbecue Adobo Chicken. This dish involves chicken roasted and thoroughly coated in a smoky, sweet adobo marinade, finished with a gentle kick of mild chipotle heat.
Adding a layer of luxurious complexity is the Thiccc Sauce Chilli Cacao Mayo. This creamy sauce masterfully blends chipotle, chocolate, and cinnamon, creating a rich and decadent condiment that brings both warmth and depth to any dish it accompanies.
To cut through the indulgence, the menu also includes Fermented Purple Carrots. These offer a bright, tangy, and crunchy contrast, balancing the heavier winter flavours perfectly.
The Star of the Show: The Dessert Quesadilla
Perhaps the most anticipated launch is Tortilla's new Dessert Quesadilla. Described as the star of the season, this sweet treat features a heavenly filling of dulce de leche, cream cheese, and banana, all melted together inside a soft flour tortilla. It is then dusted with a finishing touch of icing sugar, resulting in a gooey, golden, and absolutely gorgeous creation that marks the brand's most indulgent offering yet.
To wash it all down, Tortilla has also unveiled a Spiced Apple Margarita. This seasonal cocktail combines crisp tequila with cosy apple notes and a distinctive kick of Tajin, making it the ideal companion to a winter feast.
