Customer Reviews
British Airways enjoys a loyal following. One TripAdvisor reviewer said, "The seats recline, they were very comfy, I would fly again every day - best flight of my life." Another added, "One of the best airlines I have travelled with. Cabin crew are polite, professional and helpful." A customer who booked a Singapore holiday praised "5 star service from British Airways Holidays." However, some noted room for improvement: "My biggest issue with BA is the lack of service. Coming around only 3 times to offer drinks during a 15-hour flight is poor service."
Alternative Holiday Options
If British Airways doesn't meet your needs, Kuoni offers high-end tailor-made escapes, while TUI provides family-friendly deals with free child places and up to £300 off selected hotels.
