Spears accepted a plea bargain that reduced the original charge of driving under the combined influence of alcohol and at least one drug to a wet reckless charge. The judge sentenced her to two months of probation and one day of jail time, which she has already served.

As part of the agreement, Spears must complete a three-month alcohol education program. She is also required to receive regular mental health support, including weekly sessions with a psychologist and appointments twice a month with a psychiatrist, according to reports.
