Robbie Williams' Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Stuns BRIT Awards 2026 Viewers
The BRIT Awards 2026 witnessed an unforgettable moment as Robbie Williams delivered a surprising and heartfelt tribute to the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne on Saturday night. Viewers were quick to praise the 52-year-old singer's incredible performance, which was masterminded by Ozzy's wife, Sharon Osbourne, in a touching homage to the Black Sabbath frontman.
An Emotional Night of Remembrance
The tribute unfolded after Sharon and her daughter Kelly took to the stage to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Ozzy, who passed away in July last year at age 76, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert in his hometown of Birmingham. Introduced by Dolly Parton in a pre-recorded message from Nashville, Sharon lovingly described her late husband as 'The most humble egomaniac you could ever meet', with Kelly standing supportively beside her.
Sharon told the crowd, 'I'm honoured to accept this award from my gorgeous husband. God knows, I wish he was here to accept it himself.' She reflected on Ozzy's journey from a small working-class neighbourhood in Birmingham to becoming one of the most recognisable and respected musicians of his lifetime, noting his relentless drive to improve both personally and professionally.
'We spent most of our lives touring the world,' Sharon said. 'But Ozzy's heart never left England. Wherever we were in the world, he was always proud to be that working class Brummie, and he never let anyone forget it.' She accepted the award not only for Ozzy but also for his family, fellow musicians, and the fans who lined the streets of Birmingham during his memorial.
Robbie Williams Takes the Stage
Following the emotional speeches, Robbie Williams was introduced to the stage, fronting a supergroup that included members of Ozzy's band: Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, Tommy Clufetos, and Zakk Wylde. The one-night-only performance closed the show, with Williams delivering a powerful rendition that captivated the audience.

Kelly Osbourne's Touching Words
Taking the microphone after her mother, an emotional Kelly said, 'Thank you for loving my father as much as we do.' She then quipped, 'And I hope I don't disrespect Manchester by saying this. But up the villa and Birmingham', throwing her support behind her father's beloved football team. Playful boos from the Manchester crowd followed, prompting Sharon to laugh and say, 'I knew you were gonna get that. I told you.'
Personal Tributes and Family Moments
Earlier in the evening, Sharon shared with the Daily Mail how being a grandparent has been 'the whole reason to keep going' following Ozzy's tragic death. As son Jack prepares to welcome his fifth child, his second with wife Aree Gearhart, Sharon said of grandmotherhood, 'Oh it's the best, it's the whole reason to keep going, to put a smile on your face.'
Both Sharon and Kelly wore sweet tributes to Ozzy on their black outfits. Sharon showed off a bat-shaped brooch on her lapel, explaining, 'It's a pin [he] always wore', while Kelly wore a crucifix that also belonged to Ozzy.
