Kelsey Parker has courageously opened up about her devastating loss, revealing she is 'not ok' five months after her baby was born stillborn.
A Heartbreaking Announcement
The TV personality took to Instagram to share a raw and emotional video with her followers, explaining the profound pain she continues to endure. This was Kelsey's third child but her first with boyfriend Will Lindsay.
Kelsey, who is already mother to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four from her marriage to late The Wanted singer Tom Parker, found love again with Will. The couple had announced her pregnancy in January 2025, expressing joy about expanding their family.
Finding Strength in Vulnerability
In the moving video, Kelsey spoke directly to her followers about her struggle. 'Hi everyone, how are you all? I feel like I’ve been a little bit quiet, but you know what, that’s ok,' she began. 'It’s ok to not be ok all the time.'
She challenged conventional notions of strength, explaining: 'Strength means smiling for everything, sometimes strength means being still – it means saying, I just need quiet for a little bit.'
Kelsey described the immense pressure she feels as a mother navigating grief while raising her two young children, who she shared with Tom Parker before his tragic death from a brain tumour in 2022.
A Message of Hope and Solidarity
Despite her pain, Kelsey offered words of comfort to others experiencing similar trauma. 'So if you’re watching this and you’re struggling too, it’s ok,' she reassured. 'Take your quiet, take your breath. Then, when you’re ready, push forward because you’ve got this.'
She captioned her post with a powerful message of solidarity: 'We all hit that point where we just need quiet… to breathe, to reset, to find ourselves again. If that’s you… you’re not alone.'
The video comes as Kelsey continues to navigate life after multiple profound losses, demonstrating remarkable resilience while acknowledging the ongoing nature of her grief journey.
