Sydney Sweeney Shows Off Toned Physique in SYRN Campaign

Sydney Sweeney has flaunted her chiseled abs in fresh photos posted on her Instagram. In a promotional post for her brand, SYRN, the star struck a pose in a kitchen, showcasing her fit and toned physique in her underwear.

The Euphoria star captioned the post: "Are you a small town girl? New drop out now." Fans rushed to the comments to express their admiration, with one individual writing: "Super gorgeous as always, dear Sydney." Another fan wrote: "You're absolutely amazing WOW," while another remarked: "So cute and lovely and strong too."

Fitness Regimen: Solidcore and MMA

Sydney's fitness-focused lifestyle is well-known among her followers, given her outspoken passion for fitness, health and exercise. The 28-year-old Hollywood sensation recently shared her fondness for Solidcore, a fitness regimen described as a "high intensity, low impact full body workout on a pilates inspired reformer."

"With the lights down and music up, you'll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change. Our core workout utilises slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles so they build back stronger."

Singing praises for Solidcore, Sydney told Women's Health it was "one of the greatest workouts you could do," confessing she visits the studio between two and three times per week. "It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that," she shared with the magazine.

Early MMA Training and Toughness

The star is also renowned for her involvement in Mixed Martial Arts, with her mother taking her to an MMA academy in Los Angeles when she was a mere 13-years-old. Her previous MMA coach Arthur Chivichyan disclosed just how formidable she was even at that young age: "Sydney was a tough, competitive person," Chivichyan shared with the Daily Mail. "And yes, it's true. She would beat up guys."

He elaborated that the gym was dominated by "99% men," a place where people "get knocked out," rather than a more subdued jiu-jitsu training environment. "She wasn't a crybaby," he further added. "She trained hard, sweat pouring down her face, hair dishevelled, and she didn't care. We treated her just like any other student and when any new guys joined, she would beat a lot of them up."

Character and Humility

Chivichyan also vouched for Sydney's character, stating that she hasn't let fame change her. When he and members of the Hayastan Academy met with Sydney at Shake Shack prior to her private screening of the boxing film Christy, she welcomed them with warm embraces and spent an hour reminiscing. Chivichyan remarked: "She didn't have to do that. But she cared. She said if we host a screening for students, she will come and surprise them. That's the real Sydney."
