Filming recently took to the streets of London, where Aran Murphy was spotted on set with West, showcasing a striking resemblance to his famous father in his younger days.

Everyone in this business gets found out unless they’re good, and he’s a good little actor." The Murphy family's private life has often been guarded, but Cillian has shared insights into their decision to leave London and return to Ireland in 2015. After 14 years in the UK capital, where both his sons were born, the move was motivated by a desire for his children to connect with their Irish heritage.
"We wanted the kids to be Irish," Cillian explained on the Armchair Expert podcast. "They were sort of at that age where they were pre-teens and had very posh English accents and I wasn't appreciating that too much!" He also cited being closer to ageing parents as a factor. The actor, synonymous with his role as Tommy Shelby in Peaky Blinders, firmly sees himself as European and Irish, ruling out a permanent move to Los Angeles.
