Cruz Beckham's Hangover Cure: Guitar Session After Heavy Night
Cruz Beckham's Guitar Hangover Cure After Night Out

Cruz Beckham, the youngest son of David and Victoria Beckham, has shared his unique remedy for a heavy night out: playing the guitar. The 20-year-old budding musician took to Instagram on Wednesday to showcase his impressive skills, hoping to shake off the effects of his previous evening.

A Musical Hangover Remedy

Relaxing in a Superman T-shirt, Cruz was filmed strumming his guitar, captioning the post, 'My hangover cure'. The multi-instrumentalist, who is also proficient on the piano, drums, and mandolin, demonstrated his dedication to his craft even while feeling worse for wear. In a further sign of his musical focus, he reshared a snap of a guitar pick on his Instagram Stories, confirming he was also back in the recording studio.

Girlfriend Jackie Steps Into the Spotlight

The personal musical pursuits come as his girlfriend, 30-year-old songwriter Jackie Apostel, might be about to give him a run for his money. On Tuesday, just a day before Cruz's hangover session, Jackie debuted a previously unreleased song and music video for a track called 'What Love's About'.

In the visually striking video, Jackie is transformed into a metallic-looking robot, singing heavily autotuned lyrics that include: 'You don't care what they think, say that optics aren't things and they can't bring us down.' She revealed that she has around 200 songs stored away and is brainstorming ways to release them, potentially through a joint EP under the moniker @futurepastromanticsociety.

Jackie Apostel explained that these are songs she considers 'too personal to pitch' to other artists but believes they deserve to be heard. The visuals for her debut were inspired by the Al Pacino movie 'S1MONE'.

A Supportive Musical Partnership

The couple, who confirmed their romance in October 2024 after first dating in June, are clearly each other's biggest fans. In a recent gig where Cruz promoted his new music, Jackie was seen watching him from off-stage. The emotional songwriter was filmed wiping away tears of pride as she recorded his performance.

After the show, Cruz said, 'That was a fun one, thanks for coming. There's going to be more soon, more music and more gigs.' Jackie simply commented '*Sobs*' on his social media post, underscoring her support. Cruz has previously revealed he recorded an entire album before releasing his debut singles, 'Optics' and 'Lick The Toad'.
