Monaco GP 2026: Start time, grid, watch info, weather

The Formula One calendar reaches its most iconic destination today as the Monaco Grand Prix takes centre stage. Kimi Antonelli, the teenage sensation, will start from pole position with a chance to add another prestigious victory to his rapidly growing collection.

Antonelli's dominant season continues

The 19-year-old Mercedes driver has been in imperious form, winning four of the first five races of the 2026 campaign. His consistency has propelled him 43 points clear at the top of the drivers' championship, with George Russell his nearest challenger but struggling to keep pace.

Lewis Hamilton, meanwhile, is enjoying a resurgence with Ferrari. The seven-time world champion has not stood on the podium in Monaco since his victory in 2019 and failed to finish in the top three at all last season. However, he has already claimed two podium finishes in the new season and will be eager to continue his strong form on the streets where he has triumphed three times before. Success for Hamilton may come at the expense of his Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc, who heads into his home race just three points ahead of Hamilton in the standings.
