Fitness personality Tammy Hembrow created a stylish scene at Sydney airport this Wednesday, treating herself to some last-minute snacks before her flight. The 31-year-old was joined by her sisters, Emilee and Amy, for the journey out of the city.

The online star showcased her incredibly toned physique in a fitted white crop top that revealed her midriff. She paired this with tailored, low-rise trousers and a set of black heels, creating a chic travel ensemble. Her accessories included large hoop earrings and a simple necklace, while she carried a black handbag and wore her blonde hair in soft waves.
Conscious Indulgence at the Terminal
During her stroll to the departure gate, Hembrow made a stop to pick up some sweet treats. She was seen purchasing what appeared to be a packet of 'no sugar' Funday gummies, alongside a Musashi protein bar and a Musashi protein cookie. After buying the items, the influencer neatly stored them in her handbag before continuing through the terminal, happily chatting with her sisters and checking her phone.
Romantic Updates in Her Circle
This airport outing comes shortly after significant personal news involving Hembrow's former partner. Her ex-fiancé, Matt Poole, announced his engagement to girlfriend Annelyse Oatway just days earlier. The 35-year-old former Ironman popped the question during a romantic sunset proposal on a beach in Palm Cove, Queensland, on Sunday.
Poole shared the happy news on Instagram, posting photos of the moment with the caption, 'Let’s plan a wedding, Mrs Poole.' The couple first met in 2019 but didn't make their relationship public until 2021.
Tammy Hembrow and Matt Poole co-parent their three-year-old daughter, Posy. The fitness influencer is also mother to two other children, Wolf, 10, and Saskia, eight, from her previous relationship with Reece Hawkins.
Poole had originally proposed to Hembrow on a luxury yacht in Queensland back in November 2021. Their daughter Posy was born in June 2022, but rumours of trouble in the relationship began just three months later. Hembrow officially confirmed their separation seven months after giving birth.
Since her split from Poole, Hembrow's romantic life has continued to make headlines. She had a brief marriage and subsequent divorce from Love Island star Matt Zukowski, and more recently, she enjoyed a mid-year fling with AFL star Bailey Smith.
