Scarlett Moffatt Shows Baby Bump in Barcelona After Pregnancy Announcement
Scarlett Moffatt Reveals Baby Bump in Barcelona

Scarlett Moffatt has revealed her baby bump for the first time since announcing she is expecting her second child. The former I'm A Celebrity star, 35, took to social media on Monday to share the happy news with fans, confirming that she and her fiancé Scott Dobinson are expecting their little one.

Barcelona Getaway

Sharing a video of her baby scan, Scarlett was wearing a baggy cardigan alongside Scott and their son Jude. Now, the expectant mother has showcased her growing bump in a white maxi dress while enjoying a getaway to Barcelona. She revealed she flew out to the sunshine for a shoot with a high-profile fashion brand.

In the clip, she joked: 'Can confirm the bump likes Fanta Orange. I can just use this as an excuse for everything now, every time I fancy something I can go "I think the baby fancies chicken nuggets" or "I think the baby fancies some Fanta Orange".'

Thanking Fans

In a previous Instagram story as she waited to board her flight, Scarlett thanked fans for their support as she beamed with joy. She said: 'Thank you so much for all the love on our post, honestly, this little one is loved so much already. I can't believe how much my bump is bumping already, like I don't know if it's because it's my second or what.'

Pregnancy Announcement

Scarlett penned in her pregnancy announcement post: 'We honestly can't believe we're writing this… After everything, we feel unbelievably lucky to be able to say… our family is growing. One little miracle gave us Jude, and now he's going to be a big brother. And if there's one thing we know for certain, it's that he is going to be the most amazing big brother. We are so grateful, so excited, and still a little bit in shock… Our hearts are fuller than we ever thought possible.'

Fertility Journey

The former Gogglebox star has previously opened up about a challenging four-year fertility journey before welcoming her son Jude in June 2023. Just last week, Scarlett revealed she and her fiancé Scott 'laid in bed and cried all day' after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage in late 2024.

During Friday's episode of I'm A Celebrity, Scarlett opened up about the miscarriage to Sinitta, sharing that the couple were 'mourning a life' they had imagined. She said: 'After Jude was born, we tried again and got quite far on and miscarried and it was just... I remember Scott's mum and dad took Jude for the day, and me and Scott just laid in bed crying. You imagine them running downstairs at Christmas together. You imagine it, you know. It is hard. It's awful.'

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Scarlett added: 'When you lose a baby in that way, you're sort of mourning a life that you imagined. It's just really sad.'

Traumatic Birth with Jude

Scarlett has also previously opened up about her traumatic birth with Jude, sharing how she had 'significant blood loss' during labour. Speaking on Loose Women last year, she said: 'One of the things I really didn't want when you do a birthing plan was a blood transfusion but I lost, like yeah, I think it was like one and a half litres of blood. So I was really woozy, and I said [to my husband] "Please go with him" [the baby] and then he had hypoglycaemia. He had low blood sugars, he had jaundice, and I sort of wheeled myself down to NICU and Scott was like, "What are you doing woman, get in bed."'

NICU Awareness

Following Jude's early arrival, Scarlett expressed her gratitude for Neonatal Intensive Care Units on Instagram. She said: 'It's NICU awareness month. Some of you may know Jude was my little miracle baby, who surprised us super early at just 35 weeks and 5 days, a whole month early. I'm always so grateful to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Durham hospital for all their help & support during that time, especially Helen (pictured here) and Charlotte! That's why I'm so happy to be partnering with @waterwipes who have launched their fifth annual Pure Foundation Fund, which gives you the chance to thank individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond for babies born prematurely or admitted into the NICU.'
