James Banks enthusiastically talked her into going for the more radical option, opting for the shorter, chin-length cut. He described the vision as a sophisticated "Parisian" look, complementing the new shape with a lighter hair colour to complete the transformation.

The results clearly delighted the former Today Tonight and The Morning Show host. When James unveiled the finished style, Sally's reaction was one of pure joy. "Wow! Oh my god, I love it more than I thought I would. You nailed it," she exclaimed with a broad smile.
