Music icon Sir Rod Stewart and his model wife Penny Lancaster were spotted enjoying a romantic evening out in London's Mayfair district this Friday. The couple, known for their enduring romance, visited the exclusive members' club Annabel's, a favourite haunt for the celebrity set.
A Glamorous Mayfair Evening
The legendary singer, aged 81, cut a dapper figure in an eye-catching ensemble. He wore an embellished tuxedo jacket layered over a black ruffled shirt, completing the look with a long velvet coat and a pair of striking crocodile-print shoes.
Penny Lancaster, 54, showcased her model credentials in a chic white bouclé mini dress that buttoned down the front. She added a fashion-forward twist with quirky dogtooth-print tights and classic black stiletto heels, draping a wool coat over her shoulders as they left the venue.
From Scottish Karaoke to LV Shopping
The London date night came just days after a more casual outing in Scotland. On Wednesday, Sir Rod found himself roped into a karaoke session at a local pub in Falkirk. He was seen enthusiastically singing along to Creedence Clearwater Revival's 'Have You Ever Seen the Rain', much to the delight of fellow patrons.
He was accompanied by his 20-year-old son, Alastair, whom he shares with Penny. The couple also have a younger son, Aiden, aged 14. Before leaving the pub, the rockstar warmly hugged one attendee and bid farewell with a cheerful 'cheers everybody, God bless'.
Back in London, the couple were in high spirits as they departed Annabel's. Sir Rod was seen carrying shopping bags from the luxury brand Louis Vuitton as they hopped into a waiting car.

Recently, the couple opened up about their life together in a candid BBC One special, 'My Life At Christmas', interviewed by journalist Anita Rani at their home, Durrington House. During the programme, Rod Stewart discussed his wishes for his final resting place.
He revealed a preference to be buried in the garden of their home, next to the grave of their beloved cavapoo dog, Bubbles. Penny remarked on the idea of creating a family cemetery, noting the practicalities involved in such a plan for future owners of the property.
Penny also shared an emotional tribute to her husband of 18 years. "To think of what a gift it is to have found one another and have brought this family so close to one another," she said, "it brings a lump to my throat."
