Olivia Attwood Admits 'Garbage' Personal Life Amid Divorce Rumours
Olivia Attwood: 'My personal life was garbage'

Reality TV personality Olivia Attwood has made a candid confession about her turbulent year, describing her personal life as 'garbage' following persistent rumours about the state of her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack.

Podcast Confessions on Christmas Day

The 34-year-old opened up during the Christmas Day special of The Sunday Roast podcast, which she hosts with her long-term friend Pete Wicks. While reading out fan resolutions for 2026, Attwood responded to one by stating, 'I want to really get my s*** together in 2026.'

She elaborated on her feelings about the past year, telling Wicks, 'I feel like I had a good work year. I think my personal life was garbage, so I'd like to have more of a balance in 2026.'

Wicks, 37, suggested his own goal might be to settle down in the next twelve months, but Attwood was sceptical. Having known him for over eight years since they met on The Only Way Is Essex in 2017, she branded him 'attention-seeking' and predicted he is more likely to settle down when he's 45.

Rumours, Friendship, and Fallout

The pair's close bond sparked romance rumours earlier this year after they were photographed in a cosy display during a wild boat party in Ibiza in July. They both firmly put the speculation to rest, insisting they are just close friends and colleagues on their KISS FM show.

Wicks praised Attwood to The Mirror, calling her 'secretly one of the kindest, most intelligent people' who would do anything for those she cares about. Attwood reciprocated by highlighting his loyalty.

However, the reality star admitted the Ibiza photos caused significant problems at home during a difficult period in her marriage. Speaking on her own podcast, Olivia's House, she revealed, 'At that time, we really weren't getting on very well… I've been pictured with my mate… being too close… he's already p***** off at me.'

Marriage is 'Really Hard'

Attwood has been strikingly honest about the challenges she has faced since marrying Bradley Dack in 2023. She directly addressed the divorce rumours that circulated, stating, 'It's no secret. We had a bad summer… marriage is really f****** hard.'

She explained her reluctance to stage-manage a happy public image during their rough patch, feeling it would be 'tempting fate'. Reflecting on her Ibiza trip, she acknowledged using such outings as an escape but conceded, 'it’s not a long-term sustainable tactic for balance. I got into a bad habit of doing that.'

Despite the personal turmoil, Attwood remains focused on finding a healthier equilibrium between her successful career and her private life as she looks towards the future.
