Taking to Instagram, the star - whose real name is Rachel Accurso - issued a statement to people suggesting she get Botox. Her post read: 'I don't need to smooth my wrinkles to be valuable. I don't need to flatten my tummy to be valuable. I was just born valuable - and so were you! And that value doesn't change with age!'

MS. Rachel's social media followers soon shared their support for her message, with one saying: 'You're beautiful just the way you are!' Back in March, Ms. Rachel made a bold statement at the 4th Annual Children's & Family Emmy Awards in New York City. At the ceremony, she was nominated for Outstanding Preschool, Children's or Family Viewing Series and Outstanding Writing for a Preschool or Children's Series.
The bold sartorial statement comes after she wore a gown embroidered with artwork created by children in Gaza at November's Glamour Women of the Year Awards. Taking to Instagram, Ms. Rachel shared details of her cause and the dress, writing: 'I was so honored to carry the pictures and stories of 11 precious kids from Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo with me to the Children's Emmys. Their powerful words were embroidered into my dress and I told everyone about them and how we need to help in every way possible. To the kids - we see you, we care about you, we love you, we stand with you.. Please support @sudanese_american_physicians & @thefutureofcongo. I didn't win the Emmys but that doesn't matter at all.
