Maura Higgins & Una Healy on Dubai Girls' Trip

Reality TV and music stars swapped the British winter for a luxurious escape this week, soaking up the sun on a lavish girls' holiday in Dubai.

Sun, Swimwear, and Star-Studded Snapshots

On Sunday, Maura Higgins, 35, and Una Healy, 44, led a glamorous group getaway, posting a series of sizzling snaps from their stay at the iconic five-star Atlantis The Palm hotel. They were joined by fellow celebrities Ashley James and Lucy Mecklenburgh for a trip focused on relaxation and reconnection.

The former Love Island star, Maura, showcased her toned physique in a chic black bikini top paired with a low-rise white maxi skirt, shielding her eyes under a beige baseball cap. Meanwhile, The Saturdays singer Una turned heads in a skimpy blue two-piece featuring a triangle top and tie-side bottoms, appearing in high spirits as she pushed wet hair from her face on the beach.

"Feeling so grateful to be in Dubai with an inspiring group of women," Una penned on Instagram. "Truly a trip of a lifetime."

Fashion Highlights and 'Mum-Guilt' Free Zone

Lucy Mecklenburgh, 34, opted for a plunging scoop-neck brown swimsuit, which she styled with a white linen shirt and patterned trousers, accessorising with chunky sunglasses. Ashley James, 38, was spotted in both a classic black bikini and a colourful patterned set, often seen sipping wine at a beach club.

The getaway served as a precious child-free break for Ashley, a mother of two. She took to social media to discuss the absence of 'mum-guilt', advocating for the importance of personal time. "Childfree time is good for the soul," she wrote, questioning why the concept of 'dad guilt' is rarely mentioned. She emphasised that taking time to recharge makes her a better parent and a more fulfilled individual.

From Golden Globes to Palm-Fringed Pools

The Dubai holiday followed closely on the heels of Maura Higgins' surprise appearance at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles. The TV personality, fresh from her debut on the US version of Celebrity Traitors, rubbed shoulders with A-listers, even snapping a photo with legendary rapper Snoop Dogg.

Her swift transition from the Hollywood red carpet to a UAE beachside exemplifies her rising transatlantic profile, believed to be bolstered by her controversial stint on The Traitors US, where she famously clashed with actor Michael Rapaport.

The group's evening escapades saw them joined by additional friends, including singer Fleur East and Stacey Solomon's sister Jemma, all dressing up for glamorous nights out in the desert metropolis.
