Harriet Rose, the talented performer recently unmasked on The Masked Singer UK, has shared the shocking truth about her time on the hit ITV show. The singer, who wowed audiences as 'Cricket', admitted the experience was both thrilling and terrifying.
'My Heart Was Pounding!'
Speaking candidly about her performance, Rose revealed: 'Walking out on stage in that costume was absolutely petrifying. You can't see properly, you can barely hear the music, and your heart is pounding so loud you think the audience might hear it!'
The Emotional Toll
The star described the emotional rollercoaster of keeping her identity secret: 'I couldn't tell my closest friends or family. My mum guessed immediately though - mums always know!'
Judges' Reactions
Rose also shared her amusement at the judges' wild guesses: 'When they suggested I might be a famous athlete, I nearly laughed out loud in the costume! I'm possibly the least sporty person you'll ever meet.'
The singer praised the show's production team for their support throughout the challenging filming process, particularly during the physically demanding costume fittings and rehearsals.
