Lizzie Cundy's sensational Barbados holiday snaps

Television personality Lizzie Cundy set pulses racing this weekend by sharing a series of sensational holiday snaps from Barbados, where she celebrated the arrival of 2026.

Sun-Soaked Snaps Stun Followers

The 57-year-old star posted an album to her Instagram on Saturday, showcasing her sun-kissed getaway. In one eye-catching image, Lizzie posed perched in a tree wearing a low-cut red one-piece swimsuit, highlighting her long legs and slender waist.

Further photos showed the media personality looking equally glamorous poolside, wearing a frilled bathing suit and sunglasses. As the sun set, she was pictured on the beach with her hair in a chic bun, captioning the moment: 'Cherish each and every sunset …'

A Jovial New Year's Resolution

Alongside her stunning visuals, Lizzie included a humorous nod to her well-known penchant for revealing outfits. She quipped about her resolution for the new year, writing: 'I was contemplating my new years resolution - wear more clothes in 2026.'

She added: 'I thought I'll take my hat off to that. Here's to a fabulous new year …let's make a splash! #newyearseve #newyear'.

Moving On From Past Heartbreak

The holiday post comes just weeks after Lizzie was seen looking smitten with new love interest Donald Friese, an American DJ. The pair enjoyed an intimate date night at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood in November, sharing loved-up snaps.

This new chapter follows a period of personal difficulty for Cundy. She was previously married to former footballer Jason Cundy from 1994 until their divorce in 2012, which she attributed to his affair. The couple share two sons: Josh, 29, and James, 25.

Speaking on Vanessa Feltz's Channel 5 show in May, Lizzie admitted the split caused her to have a breakdown, saying: 'At the time it broke my heart... I didn't eat, I lost an incredible amount of weight.'

However, she emphasised she has moved forward, building a strong friendship with her ex-husband. 'Life moves on and I say to everyone, make friends. There's no point being bitter and angry,' she advised.
