Ferne McCann showcased her toned abs in a tiny blue bikini as she reflected on a recent 'transformative' trip in Marbella on Instagram. The TV personality looked incredible in the triangle two-piece as she posed for a sizzling mirror selfie.

Fitness Retreat Highlights

Ferne revealed she had been enjoying a Spanish fitness retreat with 5-star gym, Icons Marbella, where she participated in reformer Pilates and a 'hot sculpt and shred' class. The TOWIE star took part in a challenging 14 km trek up La Concha, rising to 1,215 metres in the Sierra Blanca range.

Ferne showed off her amazing figure in a sports bra and flared leggings as she posed in a Pilates studio before enjoying yoga on the beach. During one evening, the reality star put on a leggy display in a daring cowl neck white cut out gown as she posed in a bar.

Diet and Nutrition Insights

It comes as Ferne revealed what she eats in a day in an Instagram clip earlier this year and said her number one rule is that 'everything has to be high protein and delicious'. The I'm A Celebrity star shared the video on her nutrition page called @fernutrition, giving fans an insightful look into her balanced cuisine.

The former TOWIE icon looked stunning as she beamed at the beginning of the clip, sporting a chic white shirt and a red headband. Ferne has been an advocate for healthy nutrition and fitness, and is not one to gate-keep her secrets from fans.

Daily Meal Plan

Showing her followers what her typical day in the kitchen looks like, she started off penning: 'My rule of thumb: everything has to be high in protein, healthy and delicious.' She then proceeded to show her first breakfast, made of multivitamin with a protein meal-replacement smoothie with creatine. For her 'mid-morning protein snack' she treated herself to a delicious plate of sour cream and chive protein chips, alongside a spicy cottage cheese dip.

Meanwhile her lunch was made up of sardines on sourdough toast, topped with sliced cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of fresh coriander. For her dinner, which usually takes place around 5.30pm, Ferne enjoyed a tasty bun-less burger with high protein burger sauce, wrapped in courgette and carrot ribbons. Last but not least, Ferne wouldn't renounce to a mouth-watering after dinner snack, made of greek yoghurt and blueberries, adding a chopped chocolate and almond protein bar.

Weight Loss Journey

Recently, Ferne revealed she 'doesn't believe in dieting' and 'cutting off foods'. She shared two comparison snaps, one showing a recent photo of herself in a blue bikini and the other showing her post-baby body in a grey bra, weeks after she welcomed her second child. The doting mum shares daughters Sunday, seven, and Finty, two, with husband Lorri Haines, 34.

She penned the inspiring clip: 'Consistency, stacking daily healthy habits and my breakfast plan is exactly how I lost my weight… SUSTAINABLY. I don't believe in cutting out foods or being on a “diet”. They don't work! And I'm a massive foodie so it wouldn't work for me either. Trust me when you take care of the day to day and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived, exhausted or HANGRY that's when results actually last!'

Ferne added: 'I lost around 2 stone! I feel energised, I have sped up my metabolism and cut serious body fat. And you can too! Join us for our incredible 21 Day Habit Stack Challenge where we follow my exact plan, with daily coaching and the most supportive online community.'

Ferne has been candid about her weight loss journey and revealed last year she had shed 2.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle with a focus on nutrition and high-intensity interval training.
