Kim Kardashian's 'Lately' Slideshow: Risqué Fashion, Family & Bar Exam Struggle
Kim Kardashian's Risqué Slideshow Amid Bar Exam Struggle

Reality TV titan and business mogul Kim Kardashian has once again set social media alight, sharing a provocative new photo collection with her colossal combined audience of nearly 495 million followers.

A Daring Display for Her Devoted Following

The 45-year-old Skims founder titled the slideshow 'Lately', offering a glimpse into her recent life. The most eye-catching image featured Kardashian in a perilously low-cut brown halter dress, selected by her stylist Dani Levi. The garment, which appeared to be made of leather or pleather, showcased substantial cleavage, with the star nearly spilling out of its daring neckline.

Her glam squad ensured she was camera-ready for a mystery night out. Hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos crafted a 'hot girl blowout' and fastened her waist-length extensions, while make-up artist Ash K. Holm provided a fully contoured complexion. Holm had previously shared images of Kardashian in the same dress back on January 10.

Family, Friends, and Co-Parenting Glimpses

The personal slideshow extended beyond solo glamour shots. Kardashian included a photo posing with her longtime inner circle: best friends Sarah Meyer Michaelson, Ashley Kassan, Allison Statter, Simone Harouche, and Zoe Winkler Reinis.

A more intimate Polaroid snapshot featured her four children – son Saint, 10; daughter Chicago, 8; son Psalm, 6; and daughter North, 12 – taken before they celebrated Christmas. Notably, the holiday was spent with both Kardashian and her third ex-husband, Kanye 'Ye' West. Sources indicate the former couple 'were cordial with each other' during the festivities, with the rapper reportedly working on himself following numerous scandals.

Financial details of their split also resurfaced, with reports stating Ye pays $200,000 monthly in child support as part of a 20/80 custody arrangement, following the end of their six-year marriage in 2021.

The Ongoing Legal Dream and Career Moves

Amid the glamorous social media posts, Kardashian's serious pursuit of a legal career faces a significant hurdle. The aspiring attorney failed the State Bar of California exam on November 7, not achieving the minimum required score of 1,390 out of 2,000 points.

It remains unclear if the Calabasas socialite, who has expressed unconventional beliefs such as doubting the 1969 Moon landing, has even registered to retake the rigorous two-day test. The next in-person sitting is scheduled for February 24-25.

Reflecting on her previous attempt, Kardashian revealed she studied for four months straight, obsessively dedicating the final two weeks to tackling 'one subject per day' with her professors. 'It was disappointing, but it wasn't the end,' she wrote. 'This dream means too much to me to walk away from, so I'm going to keep studying, keep learning and keep showing up for myself until I get there.'

Her ambition is driven by a desire to follow in the footsteps of her late father, Robert Kardashian, who was part of O.J. Simpson's 'dream team' of defense attorneys in the 1995 murder trial.

Despite the real-life exam setback, her screen career continues. This spring, she will executive produce and reprise her role as divorce attorney Allura Grant in the second season of Ryan Murphy's legal drama All's Fair, leading an all-female law firm. Other projects include producing and starring in the eighth season of The Kardashians, Amazon's live-action Bratz film, a Hulu pilot titled Group Chat, Eva Longoria's Netflix comedy The Fifth Wheel, and an Amazon thriller.
