Jeff Brazier Pulls Out of ITV Reality Show Amid Family Stress

Jeff Brazier has pulled out of a planned fly-on-the-wall reality show with his sons Bobby and Freddy, leaving pre-production in chaos, sources have told the Daily Mail. The ITV series, modelled on The Osbournes, was expected to be a ratings winner but has been axed due to 'ongoing stress' in the Brazier family.

The 46-year-old This Morning parenting expert had been in talks with ITV since late last year about the show, which would have followed him and his sons navigating domestic troubles. These include Brazier's split from his wife Kate Dwyer in November and Freddy's separation from his pregnant girlfriend Holly Swinburn, who is due to give birth within three months.

Sources close to the family said: 'Jeff has pulled out of the show, leaving pre-production in chaos. Nobody really knows why, but there is a lot of ongoing stress in the Brazier clan, especially with Freddy about to become a dad.' ITV had high hopes for the series, which would have been a springboard for model Freddy and a new role for former EastEnders actor Bobby.

Brazier was left to raise Bobby and Freddy after their mother, reality star Jade Goody, died of cervical cancer in 2009. He has previously clashed with Goody's mother, Jackiey Budden, over her influence on Freddy, even launching a legal bid to keep his son away from her, which he later dropped.

Despite Brazier's exit, those involved hope that Bobby and Freddy might continue with the project. Bobby, a Strictly Come Dancing finalist, has joined the Hare Krishna movement, while Freddy is expecting his first child.
