Social media influencer Jacquie Alexander has officially married her partner, Australian hockey star Nathan Ephraums. The couple exchanged vows in a ceremony held in Melbourne last Saturday.

A Fairytale Celebration Shared Online

The 33-year-old influencer announced her marriage to 26-year-old Nathan Ephraums in a romantic Instagram post this week. She shared a black-and-white photograph from what appeared to be their reception, showing the newlyweds sharing a kiss surrounded by large floral arrangements of hydrangeas and peonies. Jacquie, who looked ecstatic, had her arms wrapped around her new husband's neck. She captioned the loved-up image simply, "Mr and Mrs," which prompted a flood of congratulatory messages from followers.

Fellow AFL WAG Annalise Dalins commented with a warm "Congratulations" and a heart emoji. Other followers expressed their joy, with one writing, "Truly no words for how perfect this is," and another adding, "The most stunning bride! Congratulations lovers!"

Pre-Wedding Excitement and Nerves

In the lead-up to the ceremony, Jacquie gave her followers a glimpse of her wedding preparations. She modelled her stunning off-the-shoulder wedding gown on Instagram, carrying a bouquet of calla lilies and barely containing her excitement. She also shared a more candid video revealing pre-wedding nerves, showing her taking "cheeky" vodka shots with her father on the way to the ceremony.

The marriage follows Nathan Ephraums's proposal in August 2024. Jacquie shared the happy news after watching her then-fiancé, then 25, compete for Australia's hockey team, the Kookaburras, at the Paris Olympics.

Addressing Past Friendship Drama

The joyous occasion comes after Jacquie was forced to address public claims from her former best friend, Gabi Sullivan. In September, Sullivan took to TikTok to imply the end of their friendship, writing, "Some people will never forgive you for what they did to you." When asked for details by a fan, Sullivan alleged that Jacquie had become "blackout drunk" at her wedding to Nathan Cross, yelled at her in front of her family, and made her cry.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Jacquie Alexander firmly denied these allegations, labelling them "completely false." She stated, "I did not yell at Gabi’s wedding, nor did I ruin her day. We continued to remain friends post her wedding day." Jacquie suggested the friendship had become toxic and unhealthy for both parties. She expressed hurt over the accusations and the subsequent "ongoing bullying and public shaming," asserting, "I will not stand by silently while my character is attacked."

Despite the past controversy, the focus for Jacquie Alexander and Nathan Ephraums is now firmly on their future together as husband and wife following their picturesque Melbourne wedding.
