Jack Osbourne's Feud with Rock Legend Waters After Ozzy's Death
Jack Osbourne's feud with Roger Waters over Ozzy

The son of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has found himself in a bitter public dispute with another music icon shortly before entering the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.

A Public Clash Following A Private Grief

Jack Osbourne became embroiled in a feud with Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters after Waters made disparaging comments about Jack's late father. Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman, died in July this year at the age of 76 after suffering a heart attack.

Following his father's passing, Jack took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute. He wrote: "My heart has hurt too much. I'm gonna keep this short because he certainly hated long rambling speeches. He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be a part of a very small group that got to call him 'Dad'."

Roger Waters' Controversial Remarks

While many in the music world mourned, Roger Waters expressed a very different sentiment. In an interview with The Independent Ink, the Pink Floyd co-founder was brutally dismissive.

"Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him in his whatever state that he was in his whole life. We'll never know," Waters stated. "The music, I have no idea. I couldn't give a f***."

He went further, adding: "I don't care about Black Sabbath, I never did. Have no interest in biting the heads of chickens or whatever they do. I couldn't care less, you know."

Jack Osbourne's Furious Social Media Retort

The comments sparked an immediate and angry response from the grieving son. Jack fired back at Waters via his Instagram story, leaving no doubt about his feelings.

"Hey Roger Waters, f*** you," Jack wrote. "How pathetic and out of touch you've become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out b******* in the press. My father always thought you were a c***. Thanks for proving him right."

He ended his message with the hashtag "#f***rogerwaters".

The clash is particularly notable given that Ozzy himself had previously praised Pink Floyd, telling Rolling Stone back in 2004 that their song 'Money' was one of his favourites.

Moving Forward: I'm A Celebrity and Beyond

Since the social media exchange, Jack has had no further public interaction with Waters. The podcaster has since joined the cast of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, where he is rumoured to be the second highest-paid campmate, earning a reported £200,000.

He appears on the show alongside other well-known faces including Martin Kemp, Lisa Riley, and Kelly Brook. His participation comes as his mother, Sharon Osbourne, has publicly revealed her struggles with sleeping since her husband's death.
