Reality TV favourite Georgia Toffolo has left fans astonished after disclosing a hidden role in a beloved Christmas film. The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, let the secret slip during a festive question-and-answer session with her followers on Instagram Stories.
A Festive Film Secret Unwrapped
When asked about her favourite Christmas movie, Toffolo initially claimed she didn't have one, stating she doesn't watch many films. She then dropped the surprise, revealing: 'A few years ago, I was in The Grinch, is that not hilarious?'
She explained that roughly seven years ago she was invited to voice a character for the UK version of the animated remake. The memory resurfaced only recently while watching the film on Netflix. 'I completely forgot and it came up,' she admitted, confirming her favourite is now The Grinch by default.
Toffolo clarified she appeared in the 2018 version starring Benedict Cumberbatch, not the original live-action film. In the UK release, she provided the voice for Mrs. Toffee Apple. The animated feature was a major box office hit, becoming the highest-grossing Christmas movie ever.
Life Updates: Marriage, Motherhood & Milestones
The revelation follows a playful dig at her husband, BrewDog co-founder James Watt, 43, last month. The couple enjoyed a date night at the luxurious Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, where Georgia shared a selfie in a red satin gown. Her caption joked about prioritising her own good angle, writing: 'Marriage is still posting the pic where you look good, even if your husband’s eyes are about to pop out of his head.'
The pair tied the knot in March in an intimate ceremony onboard a fishing boat off the coast of Gardenstown, Aberdeenshire. Their engagement occurred in October 2023 during a holiday in Greece for Georgia's 30th birthday, where Watt proposed with a substantial eight-carat diamond band.
Marking her 31st birthday recently, Toffolo reflected on a transformative year filled with 'pinch me moments'. In a lengthy Instagram post, she highlighted key events:
- Marrying her 'best friend' in Scotland.
- Becoming a stepmother to James's two daughters, calling it her 'biggest joy'.
- Developing a love for fishing and catching her first Atlantic salmon in Iceland.
- Supporting James as he ran the London Marathon for his father and launched his new venture, Social Tip.
She concluded by expressing contentment in her 'little life' with James.
Family Plans for the Future
The update comes after Georgia addressed speculation about expanding their family. Over the summer, she sparked pregnancy rumours by teasing 'major news' and posting a photo that led to bump speculation during an Iceland trip.
Subsequently, in a Q&A, she confirmed she was not pregnant but admitted to feeling 'so broody'. She pondered how one knows they are ready for children, stating: 'I would love to have children... I feel it would complete us as a unit.' She also expressed gratitude for the time she already has with Watt's two daughters, Evie and Mia.
