However, according to TMZ, a source familiar with the situation says the superstar, 31, is not engaged, despite social media sleuths zeroing in on the jewellery. The outlet reported there was no hidden meaning behind the accessory. It was simply an extravagant gift from Cartier, 'not an engagement ring, not a family heirloom, and not tied to any secret relationship.'
The source added that Bad Bunny chose to wear the statement piece to the award show, where he picked up three more trophies, out of his love for high-fashion. TMZ also revealed that the singer is not currently dating anyone.

His last high-profile romance was with supermodel Kendall Jenner. The pair first sparked dating rumours in early 2023 and confirmed their relationship shortly afterward when they were spotted sharing a kiss following a sushi date in Los Angeles.
