Apple Martin Enjoys Spring Break in Bikini Amid Vanderbilt Studies
Apple Martin's Spring Break Bikini Moment Amid Studies

Coursework was firmly set aside on Tuesday as Apple Martin embraced the spring break holiday by donning a stylish bikini. The 21-year-old student, who is the daughter of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and acclaimed actress Gwyneth Paltrow, showcased her toned abs in a vibrant blue patterned swimsuit while relaxing on her veranda.

Academic Pursuits and Modelling Ambitions

Apple is currently enrolled at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is set to graduate in May with a degree in law, history, and society. Alongside her academic commitments, she has been actively pursuing a parallel career in the modelling industry, kickstarting her own fashion journey while balancing her studies.

Spring Break Freedom

Vanderbilt University closed for its annual spring break on March 7, granting students a full week of leisure before classes resume on Sunday. Apple appeared to be making the most of this respite, taking time to unwind and enjoy the break from her rigorous academic schedule.

Career Plans and Personal Reflections

In a recent cover interview with Perfect magazine, Apple opened up about her future aspirations, revealing that she has abandoned her original plan to attend law school. She explained, 'I was in that rebellious "I don't wanna be like my parents" type of phase.' Despite having previously released a music video, she confirmed she has no interest in following her father's musical path.

'I don't wanna be a singer,' she stated. 'I like musical theater, but getting onstage by yourself to sing is so terrifying. I love dancing and I love acting. My dream is to act.'

Addressing Bullying Allegations

Apple has faced media scrutiny in the past, particularly after headlines claimed she was expelled from school for bullying—allegations she has vehemently denied. Taking to Instagram to address the rumors, she wrote, 'Hi! I didn't wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand. I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.'

She continued, 'I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl can share their opinions. But this rumor is completely untrue, I am not that type of person and anyone who is close to me knows that.'

Le Bal des Debutantes Incident

In 2024, Apple was embroiled in further controversy after a video surfaced from the Le Bal des Debutantes in Paris. The footage appeared to show her attempting to crash a fellow debutante's photo shoot and rolling her eyes at her date. However, a source close to Gwyneth Paltrow defended Apple, describing her as a 'girls' girl' rather than a 'mean girl.'

The source elaborated, 'Apple's more playful and fun and she's really a total girls' girl. She would never mean to take the spotlight from anyone, that was not her intention. To characterise her as a mean girl is very untrue. She really had such a wonderful evening and I feel bad that this is even taking away from that because it was such an uplifting evening for her and the other girls.'

As Apple approaches her graduation in May, she continues to navigate the dual paths of academia and modelling, all while managing the public spotlight that comes with her famous lineage.
