The image showed her lying on a bed, which she explained was taken in early June 2019 while living in New York. She described feeling a 'kind of sad that drifted in and out of focus' during that period, which marked the tail end of her relationship with Harbour, though she didn't know it at the time.

Sudol's revelations follow the release of Lily Allen's new album, 'West End Girl', which details the infidelities that occurred during Allen's own marriage to David Harbour. She stated that becoming a parent has fundamentally changed her, making her prioritise her wellbeing and sleep.
