Mason Haynes, a celebrity security officer who protected Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Lewis Hamilton, died at age 52 following a motorcycle collision on July 4. He died at the scene on the A287 Farnham Road, leaving another person with serious injuries.
Crash Details and Arrests
Hampshire Police reported the crash involved a BMW X3, an LDV Maxus motorhome, and two Harley-Davidson motorbikes. The BMW driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving and drug driving. The motorhome driver was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and causing death by dangerous driving. Both have been released under investigation.

He protected Kim Kardashian during her 2016 Paris robbery, where armed men stole millions in jewellery. He also worked with Kendall Jenner, Kanye West, Lewis Hamilton, Kate Moss, David Beckham, Sabrina Carpenter, Beyoncé, Sienna Miller, and ABBA in 2022.
Reflecting on the Paris incident, Haynes said: "I can't go into much detail about that; I was part of that team, and that incident was simply a set of unfortunate circumstances which led to something bad happening." He noted his relationship with clients: "Trust builds. It's such a close relationship, and that's what makes it so unique."
Personal Background and Fundraiser
Haynes became a bodyguard after being bullied as a child, resulting in hospitalization. He died two days before his 53rd birthday. Police Appeal
Detective Sergeant Edward Crofts of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: "We are investigating a collision in which a motorcyclist has sadly lost their life. I would ask that any witnesses, or anyone with dash camera footage of any of the vehicles involved, whether prior to or at the time of the collision, to come forward to assist the investigation." He added: "Our thoughts remain with all those affected by the collision, in particular the families of the two motorcyclists, one of whom is seriously injured, the other who sadly passed away."
