A 15-year-old boy who died after being struck by a falling tree in a Stafford park has been remembered by his family as "the best of us." Brodan Dubickas suffered fatal injuries in the incident on Saturday evening, prompting an outpouring of grief from his loved ones and the local community.

They said: "Brodan was the best of us. He had a massive heart and a wonderful sense of humour. His massive potential will now never be realised." Brodan was an avid pool player and a keen footballer, playing for local team Stafford Falcons. He also served as a referee for youth matches. His former school, Tillington Manor Primary School, paid tribute to him, stating: "Brodan was a kind-hearted, respectful, and truly special young man. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him."
