In a major development in an ongoing investigation, heavily armed police officers have executed a sixth arrest connected to what authorities describe as an alleged international satanic paedophile ring. The operation has unveiled deeply disturbing new details regarding the purported activities of several men, including a former swimming coach, with charges ranging from possession of child abuse material to bestiality and involvement with animal crush content.
Dawn Raid in Woollahra
Early on Tuesday morning, a dozen Riot Squad officers, accompanied by detectives from the Child Exploitation Strike Force, descended upon the Woollahra residence of 62-year-old Colin Milne, located in Sydney's affluent eastern suburbs. The police action resulted in Milne being charged with a total of eighteen alleged offences. Among these serious charges are counts related to bestiality and the possession of so-called 'animal crush' material, where animals are subjected to extreme torture for the sexual gratification or entertainment of viewers.
Milne is scheduled to face a bail hearing on Wednesday. The New South Wales State Crime Command now asserts that its investigation has identified a further 145 alleged predators across the globe, all linked to what is being termed an international satanic child sex abuse material network.
The Halfway House Connection
Exclusive information reveals that three of the men already charged in connection with this ring were residing in a squalid halfway house facility. These individuals were allegedly actively involved in possessing or distributing child abuse material. Two of them also face charges for drug possession, while one is accused of unlawfully associating with other convicted child sex offenders.
Contrary to initial police statements about an arrest at a Malabar unit block, the men were actually living at the Nunyara Community Offender Support Program (COSP). This facility, a former periodic detention centre that backs onto Long Bay Correctional Complex, accommodates men subject to community supervision orders, including convicted paedophiles and child killers released from prison.
Accused Residents of Nunyara
The trio arrested at this community justice facility includes former Masters Swimming Victoria and LGBTQI+ swim coach Mark Andrew Sendecky, 42. Sendecky was charged with possessing child abuse material and accessing such material via Dropbox on the morning of his arrest, November 27 of last year.
His co-accused are Benjamin Raymond Drysdale, 46, and Stuart Woods Riches, 39. Drysdale faces charges for using a carriage service to make child abuse material, possessing 0.6 grams of the drug ice, and failing to comply with his Child Protection Offenders Act conditions by allegedly associating with a known child sex offender. Riches was charged with nine offences, including possessing bestiality material, possessing ice and cannabis, and failing to register various chat accounts under aliases such as 'shutdabuckup' and 'tabookinkydad'. None of the three men applied for bail following their arrests.
Further Arrests and Allegations
Also arrested on the same morning was 26-year-old Landon Ashton Versace Germanotta Mills, a self-described Lady Gaga superfan. He was taken into custody at a Waterloo housing commission flat while dressed in his pyjamas. Mills faces multiple charges, including possession of child abuse material, making such material available, and disseminating and possessing bestiality material. Police allege he played a leading role within the alleged satanic group.
Mills describes himself as the founder and editor-in-chief of an independent news site called the Underground Media Network, which he claims is dedicated to exposing institutional abuse and systemic failures. He, too, did not apply for bail.
Former Police Officer Implicated
In a shocking twist, former New South Wales Police Sergeant David Turner, 42, has also been arrested in connection to the alleged ring. Turner, who once received a Rotary Police Officer of the Year award, was arrested on January 22 after a search warrant was executed at an address in Sydney Olympic Park. Electronic devices and small quantities of methamphetamine and ketamine were allegedly seized during the search.
Turner now faces five charges, including using a carriage service to access and make available child abuse material, possession of bestiality material, and two counts of possessing a prohibited drug. Investigators understand the alleged offences occurred after Turner decided to leave the police force. His current employer, the NSW Telco Authority, has confirmed his suspension. He is due back in court in March.
International Scale of the Investigation
The scope of this case continues to expand internationally. Investigators have now identified a further 145 alleged offenders across multiple continents. Referrals have been made to law enforcement agencies within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Mexico, various European nations, South America, and Southeast Asia as the global investigation intensifies.
The charges against the latest arrestee, Colin Milne, are extensive. They include nine counts of using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material, two counts of using a carriage service to access child abuse material, and two counts of contravening a requirement to hand over passwords and online access. He is also charged with disseminating bestiality material, disseminating animal crush material, possessing a prohibited drug, and participating in a criminal group.
