It is understood that the boy was attacked by at least one crocodile after being allegedly thrown into the enclosure. Zoo staff pulled the child out, and Tracey Johnson, wife of the zoo owner, reportedly jumped into the enclosure to rescue him.

Police Statement and Current Condition

Cambridgeshire Police said on Monday that the boy was “no longer critical” and is now in a stable condition. The child received medical treatment at the scene before being transported to hospital.

Police confirmed that the boy sustained serious injuries while inside the enclosure, and staff acted quickly to extract him. The investigation continues, but the suspect remains on bail pending further inquiries.
