Have you ever been trapped in a flying metal tube with a passenger whose behaviour made your blood boil? From bare feet on bulkheads to pyjama-clad travellers, breaches of airline etiquette are a common frustration for flyers. Now, the issue has caught the attention of a top US official, prompting a new drive for better manners in the skies.
US Transport Secretary's Civility Campaign
Sean Duffy, the US Transportation Secretary, has initiated a formal "civility campaign" aimed at improving passenger conduct. The campaign explicitly encourages travellers to dress smartly, avoiding pyjamas and slippers for flights. It also calls on parents to keep their children's behaviour in check and for all passengers to remember their basic manners while travelling.

In light of this new focus on in-flight behaviour, we want to hear about the most egregious breaches of aeroplane etiquette you have personally witnessed. What is the worst passenger behaviour you've encountered during a flight? Your stories will help highlight why such a civility campaign is considered necessary.
