The alarming episode unfolded aboard flight VS386 as cabin crew served beverages to passengers. According to witnesses, the male passenger became increasingly agitated when his companion received her wine before him, triggering an explosive reaction that shocked fellow travellers.
"He completely lost control," one passenger recounted. "The language was appalling - racist slurs mixed with threats. Then he actually grabbed her by the throat. We couldn't believe what we were seeing at 30,000 feet."
