The scheme is scheduled for rollout between April 8 and May 8, positioning it perfectly for customers planning their summer getaways.
Seamless Transition and Enhanced Benefits
Joining the programme is completely free, and existing members of Hotels.com's previous One Key loyalty system will be automatically migrated without losing any accumulated rewards or tier status. Beyond the cash-back element, Hotels.com-Rewards includes Member Prices, guaranteeing customers discounts of at least 10 percent on thousands of properties worldwide. As members increase their bookings, they ascend through tier levels, unlocking progressively greater savings.
Tiered Benefits and Flexible Saving Options
The Silver Tier offers discounts of 15 percent or more, while Gold and Platinum members enjoy 20 percent reductions at selected hotels. These higher-tier members also receive added benefits at VIP Access properties—hotels maintaining elevated service standards—where perks might include complimentary breakfast or room upgrades.
