Aldi has brought back its popular electric heated throw blanket for 2020, priced at £35. The blanket, which sold out last winter, is available in grey, black or cream.
The fleece throw measures 120cm by 160cm and features built-in heating elements with nine temperature settings. It also includes nine timer settings and automatic overheating protection for safety.
According to Aldi, the blanket costs around 2p per hour to run, making it a cost-effective alternative to central heating. It has pockets for legs and feet, and the electric cord can be removed for washing.
The blanket can be used on a sofa or as a lap blanket while working from home. It can also be turned into a sleeping bag. It is available to pre-order online now and will be in stores from 22 November.
