Urgent Hunt for £10.6 Million Lotto Winner in Bexley as Deadline Approaches
National Lottery officials have launched an urgent campaign to locate the winner of a staggering £10.6 million Lotto jackpot, with only a fortnight remaining before the prize is withdrawn. The unclaimed ticket was purchased in the London Borough of Bexley at a National Lottery retailer for the draw held on 4 October 2025.
Details of the Winning Ticket
The lucky ticket matched all six main numbers: 06, 08, 12, 33, 49, and 59, securing a life-changing sum of £10,633,323. This week, Allway, the operator of the National Lottery, took to the streets of Bexley in a bid to find the missing millionaire. Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allway, used a megaphone and a Lotti-styled digi-van to spread the word.
"We’re calling on players who may have bought a ticket in Bexley for the Lotto draw on Saturday 4 October last year to check their tickets!" Carter urged. He advised people to double-check any places where they might have stashed their pink ticket, such as safe spots, old wallets, or even the pocket of a light jacket not worn since autumn.
Who Could Be the Winner?
Carter added that the winner could be either a resident of Bexley in southeast London or a visitor who was in the area and happened to purchase the ticket at that location. "Do you live in Bexley or were you in and around the area in the week leading up to the draw? Tell your friends, ask your family, or use it as an excuse to spring clean. I want nothing more than to unite our missing winner with their prize and make them our latest millionaire. It could be you!" he exclaimed.
Deadline and Claim Process
Winners have 180 days to come forward to claim their prizes, meaning the deadline for this draw is 2 April 2026. Players who believe they have won are asked to call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
Record Lottery Wins in the UK
For context, the largest lottery win ever awarded to a UK ticket-holder was the record EuroMillions jackpot of £195 million on 19 July 2022 – the biggest National Lottery win of all time. Previously, Joe and Jess Thwaite from Gloucester collected a then record-breaking £184,262,899 with a Lucky Dip ticket for a May 2022 draw. At the time of their life-changing win, Joe was a communications sales engineer and his wife Jess ran a hairdressing salon with her sister.
