A Historic Vessel

PS Waverley is the world's last seagoing paddle steamer. It began its 2026 sailing season in May, departing Glasgow to mark 80 years since its launch on the Clyde in 1946. The steamship was gifted to the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society in 1974 for just £1. Since 1975, it has operated in preservation, carrying over six million passengers and visiting various areas of the UK for day, afternoon, and evening cruises.
